Preparing a summary in your browser.

The equipment enquiry builder works with the text and selections in the current page. It does not create a customer account, upload documents, send a contact email or save an enquiry to this website’s database.

The builder does not intentionally store its answers in local storage or analytics. Clearing the form removes its working summary. Browsers may separately retain information through autofill, history or page-restoration settings.

Selecting and downloading a draft.

“Select draft text” selects the editable draft for your device’s copy command; it does not write to the clipboard automatically. “Download TXT” saves the exact reviewed draft to your device. Neither action sends an enquiry. Do not include sensitive information in a draft.

Messages you decide to send.

The recipient can use the business details you send to understand the equipment requirement and reply. Request correction or deletion of a sent enquiry through the contact channel, subject to any applicable record-keeping obligations. The website does not promise a specific retention period or legal outcome.

Email you choose to send.

If you write to sales@tractorng.com, your email service and our business mailbox process the message, sender address and any attachments you choose to include. Those messages are separate from the browser-local builder and may be retained to respond to and manage the enquiry, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations. Please avoid sending sensitive records in an initial equipment enquiry.

Basic website operation.

The hosting and website software may process IP addresses, request timestamps, URLs and browser information for operation and protection. The local builder adds no advertising tracker, external analytics, cloud document processing or automatic email notification. WordPress administration may use necessary cookies for authorised administrators.

Images, links and sensitive information.

Product photographs and theme assets are served from this website. Official reference links lead to external services with their own policies. No identity documents, bank records, payment-card details, account passwords or file uploads are requested in the builder.

Optional phone and WhatsApp contact.

The contact page offers optional phone and WhatsApp links for +92 333 4251059. The phone link asks your device to open its calling application. Opening the WhatsApp link takes you to an external service under its own terms and privacy practices. It does not attach the worksheet or local draft automatically. Review or write your message and press Send there only if you choose. Email is the primary enquiry channel.
